JUVENILE COURT CALENDAR REQUEST
FUNCTION: This transaction is used once a day by County Clerk to enter a court date. This date will be used to select the proper calendar and minute order data for printing and distribution the following morning.
To display the CC13 mask, from the County Clerk Menu (CCMU):
1. Key the transaction code CC13.
2. Press the ENTER key.

The response will be the CC13 mask with the current calendar date displayed. The operator will then enter the date of the next calendars and minute orders to be printed. This date must be a valid court date. If not, it will be highlighted, and the operator will have to enter a different date.
CC13 will also reject an attempt to re-enter the same date. Upon successful completion, or if no date is entered, CCMU will be displayed.
