CC22

JUVENILE COURT MINUTE ORDER UPDATE

FUNCTION: This transaction is used to update or delete Dependency minute order information entered via CC21. It can also be used to delete an entire minute order entered via CC21. Miscellaneous minute orders are updated and deleted with CC08.

To obtain CC22 from the County Clerk Menu (CCMU):

1. Key the transaction code CC22.
2. Key the JAIN.
3. Key the Court#.
4. Key the Pet Date.
5. Key the Crt Date.
6. Press the ENTER key.

The response will be the first page of CC22. The first line contains the JAIN, name, sex, descent and date of birth. The user must verify that all information matches before proceeding.

To obtain the second page of CC22, press the ENTER key.

There are two possible successful completion messages:

1. CC02 will be the response if Pet Sust, Pet Dism Reason or Case Dism were entered on CC22, and the petition is linked to a dummy arrest created by PAF flag in CC01.

2 CCMU will be the response if the petition was not linked to an arrest or if none of the above were entered. CCMU will contain the TXN of CC22, the JAIN, Court# and Petition Date. Successive C22s thus may be done by re-keying only the court date.
